AmzHero helps reduce transaction risks but does not guarantee the quality, legality, authenticity, or performance of the goods or services involved.

Transactions may be subject to KYC, AML, sanctions screening, Source of Funds checks, and other compliance procedures. In case of a dispute or compliance concern, funds may be temporarily held until the matter is resolved.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AmzHero is not responsible for losses caused by third parties, fraud, payment providers, blockchain or network issues, market fluctuations, regulatory restrictions, or other circumstances outside its reasonable control.

AmzHero’s role is limited to holding and releasing funds in accordance with the agreed transaction terms and applicable requirements.

AmzHero’s standard service fee is 2% of the transaction amount. The fee may vary depending on the payment method, currency, jurisdiction, transaction complexity, and applicable compliance or risk requirements.

For returning or regular clients, AmzHero may offer preferential fee terms based on their transaction history.The applicable fee will be communicated and agreed upon before the transaction is processed.

The fee may be paid by the buyer, the seller, or shared between both parties, depending on their agreement and the terms of the transaction.

USD is the primary currency used by AmzHero. Other currencies, including EUR, GBP, and others, may be supported upon client request and are subject to availability and transaction requirements.

I support various payment methods, including bank transfers, credit/debit cards, selected payment services such as Wise, Payoneer, and PayPal, as well as cryptocurrency payments.

Cryptocurrency transactions may be processed in USDT, BTC, and other supported digital assets, depending on the transaction and the network used. Cryptocurrency payments may also be subject to AML screening, including wallet and transaction risk checks.

All payment methods and currencies are subject to availability, jurisdiction, and applicable compliance requirements. Law enforcement authorities and other competent government agencies may contact the owner or authorized representative of AmzHero via the official email address provided in our contact information regarding lawful requests, investigations, or regulatory matters.

Whether a payment can be canceled depends on the current status of the transaction.

If the funds are still being held and have not yet been released, cancellation may be possible depending on the circumstances of the transaction and the applicable terms. In some cases, approval or confirmation from the other party may also be required.

Once the funds have been released or the transaction has been completed, the payment generally cannot be canceled through AmzHero.
